An existing detached garage at the bottom of a garden had the flat roof removed, new foundations and brickwork laid and pitched roof roof added to create a 1 bed bungalow / granny annexe complete with vaulted ceiling in the living area. Budgets were tight do we created the shell and left it to the customers son in law to to finish internal worksÂ
