Before, during and after of a garage conversion completed in East Preston. The garage space is now a home office space complete with ‘plant room’ to hide the new boiler and unvented cylinder fitted by one of our trusted sub contractors at the same time. The plant room allows for handy storage and complete with cat flap set into the studwall to allow the customers indoor cats to access their litter trays. The electric and gas meters were hidden away inside custom built cupboards complete with shelving for more storage.
